Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made.
To cancel, tell us clearly that you want to cancel, for example by email (Email us). It’s enough to send your message before the 14 days are over.
When the right to cancel ends early
The files are digital content. If you ask for them straight away, by ticking the box before the checkout opens, you agree that delivery starts within the 14 days and you confirm that you know you then lose your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37).
Refunds
If you cancel in time, we refund everything you paid within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method you used to buy.
